Venue Partner Terms

The commercial and operating terms for padel venues participating in Corporate Rally.

Last updated: 26 September 2026

1. Joining Corporate Rally

The venue must be authorised to offer and deliver events at the listed location and must provide accurate business, contact, package, pricing, capacity and availability information. Corporate Rally may review or verify a venue before activation.

2. Corporate Rally generated business

Corporate Rally provides participating venues with a corporate demand, booking and payment channel. Platform and success fees apply in accordance with the commercial terms accepted by the venue and only to revenue treated as Corporate Rally generated business under those commercial terms.

3. Venue pricing and packages

The venue controls the event packages, base prices, capacities, inclusions and availability it makes available through Corporate Rally. The venue is responsible for keeping this information accurate and for promptly identifying any event-specific price adjustment before accepting a booking.

4. Availability and acceptance

A company request is not a confirmed booking until the venue has accepted the event details and the required customer payment has been successfully collected. The venue should respond to requests promptly and must not confirm availability it cannot reasonably honour.

5. Customer payments

Corporate Rally may collect the customer payment for bookings generated through the platform. Unless the booking specifies otherwise, the intended customer payment schedule is 25% on booking confirmation followed by the remaining 75% before the event. Corporate Rally may deduct the fees due to Corporate Rally and arrange payment of the venue's resulting share in accordance with the agreed commercial and payment arrangements.

6. Corporate Rally fees

The venue will pay the platform fee, success fee or other charges set out in the commercial offer it accepts. Corporate Rally generated booking revenue remains subject to the agreed success fee even where a booking is subsequently administered directly between the venue and customer. Existing venue business that was not generated or introduced through Corporate Rally is not subject to a Corporate Rally success fee unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Venue delivery responsibilities

The venue is responsible for delivering confirmed events, including premises, courts, staffing, coaches, equipment, food and drink where included, customer service, accessibility information, licences, insurance, health and safety and compliance with laws applicable to the venue and event.

8. Cancellations, refunds and changes

The venue must provide Corporate Rally with its applicable cancellation and refund requirements and promptly notify Corporate Rally of any venue-initiated cancellation or material change. Where a refund is due to a customer because of venue cancellation, non-delivery or the agreed booking terms, the venue must cooperate with Corporate Rally so the appropriate refund can be processed. Any allocation of costs associated with a cancellation will follow the agreed commercial terms and the circumstances of the cancellation.

9. Customer relationship and circumvention

Corporate Rally generated enquiries and bookings should be managed through the platform or recorded accurately where operational communication takes place elsewhere. A venue must not deliberately move a Corporate Rally generated opportunity off-platform for the purpose of avoiding agreed Corporate Rally fees.

10. Venue content and brand

The venue grants Corporate Rally a non-exclusive permission to use the venue's name, logo, approved images, descriptions and package information to list, market and promote the venue and Corporate Rally corporate events. The venue confirms that it has the rights required to provide that material.

11. Customer and booking data

Each party must handle personal information lawfully and only for appropriate purposes connected with the service, booking, event delivery and related business administration. A venue must not use Corporate Rally supplied customer data for unrelated marketing unless it has a lawful basis to do so.

12. Fees, payout adjustments and disputes

Where a refund, chargeback, payment dispute, pricing correction or other adjustment affects a booking, Corporate Rally may make a corresponding adjustment to amounts awaiting payment or otherwise due between Corporate Rally and the venue, subject to the agreed commercial terms and applicable law.

13. Subscription and ending participation

Unless a venue's commercial offer states otherwise, the venue arrangement is month to month and may be cancelled in accordance with the agreed notice process. Ending participation does not remove obligations relating to bookings already confirmed, amounts already due, refunds, disputes or Corporate Rally generated business agreed before termination.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited. The venue remains responsible for event delivery and matters within its operational control. Corporate Rally remains responsible for operation of its platform and payment and booking services to the extent provided by Corporate Rally.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
