The terms governing access to and use of the Corporate Rally website and platform.

1. About Corporate Rally
Corporate Rally provides an online platform through which businesses can discover participating padel venues, request and book corporate events, and make payments. Participating venues use Corporate Rally to present their venue, packages and availability and to manage Corporate Rally generated bookings.
2. Using the platform
You must use Corporate Rally lawfully and provide information that is accurate and complete. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity.
3. Accounts
Where an account is provided, you are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Venue accounts may only be used by representatives authorised to act for the relevant venue.
4. Corporate bookings
Submitting a request does not by itself confirm an event. A booking becomes confirmed when the venue has accepted the event details and the required payment has been successfully collected through Corporate Rally. Corporate bookings are also subject to the Corporate Booking Terms.
5. Venue information
Participating venues are responsible for the accuracy of their venue information, packages, prices, availability and event-specific information. Corporate Rally may display and organise that information but does not operate the venue or deliver the event.
6. Payments
Corporate Rally may collect customer payments in connection with bookings made through the platform and arrange settlement of the venue share. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. The amount, payment schedule and any applicable cancellation terms are presented as part of the booking journey.
7. Event delivery
The participating venue is responsible for delivering the booked event, including its premises, facilities, staffing, coaching, equipment, hospitality, licences, safety and operational requirements. Corporate Rally remains responsible for operating its platform and the booking and payment journey it provides.
8. Intellectual property
Corporate Rally branding, software, design and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Venues retain responsibility for material they provide and grant Corporate Rally the rights reasonably required to display and market that material through the service.
9. Availability of the service
We may update, improve or temporarily suspend parts of Corporate Rally. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted, although we will take reasonable steps to operate the service reliably.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Corporate Rally is not responsible for the venue's performance of the event or matters within the venue's operational control. Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Corporate Rally develops. The date above will show when this version was last updated. Material changes affecting an existing confirmed booking will not retrospectively alter the agreed booking terms unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under law.
